Licensed to practice throughout both Florida and Georgia, attorney Rhonda Parnell focuses on addressing the unique needs of each client. She is able to draw from over twenty years of experience as a lawyer, including work in personal injury cases and in transactional law for corporate law firms. Now Ms. Parnell focuses her talents on helping families deal with legal issues such as divorce, child custody, paternity, juvenile dependency, or probate and estate issues.

After growing up in an Air Force family and living all over the Unites States and Europe, Attorney Rhonda E. Parnell received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Governmental Administration from Christopher Newport College in Newport News, Virginia.  She is a graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. She has extensive experience in divorce and child custody matters. Admitted to the Georgia bar in 1994 and the Florida bar in 2001, she has been an advocate for her clients, including serving as an appointed guardian ad litem for abused children. Attorney Parnell also served as a senior attorney in juvenile dependency court proceedings for the Florida Department of Children and Families as she strives to protect the best interest of children in a divorce, paternity case, or an abused child.

While Attorney Parnell believes usually the best outcome for the family is to negotiate, collaborate or mediate a solution to the problem.  She can be an aggressive litigator when the situation calls for it, having honed her trial skills as a court-appointed dependency law attorney. A dedicated Florida family law attorney, Ms. Parnell belongs to the Family Law Sections of the Orange County Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
